Georgia to Maine on the Appalachian Trail
In the summer of 2017 I embarked on my first thru hike, The Appalachian Trail, a 2,190 mile footpath from Georgia to Maine. Over 114 days, I traversed 14 states, with over 464,000 feet of elevation change. Along the way, I faced frequent rains, hot and humid weather, and below freezing nights.
